Outside Sales Representative - Madison, WI

Position Summary

We’re seeking a high-performing B2B Sales Representative to drive new business growth in an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Possess strong prospecting and closing skills to generate leads and close multi-year service agreements.
• Conduct on-site assessments and presentations for uniform rental, floor care, restroom, and facility service programs.
• Develop tailored proposals and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system.
• Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and activity.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
• Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (uniform rental, industrial supply, waste management, safety gear, or janitorial services preferred).
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a full sales cycle.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Willingness to take coaching and feedback.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle.
