About the role
Responsible for leading a team of developers to build innovative software solutions. Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate business needs into technical specifications. Ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code is produced.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of developers in building and maintaining software applications
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to understand business needs and translate them into technical specifications
- Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring junior developers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of professional software development experience
- Experience with agile methodologies and version control systems (Git)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Experience with database management systems (SQL, NoSQL)
- Knowledge of web development frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js)
- Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools (Jenkins, CircleCI)
- Understanding of software design patterns and principles
