Outside Sales Representative - Flooring Solutions

About the role

As an Outside Sales Representative (Flooring Solutions), you will generate profitable business from the range of equipment the profit center specializes in. Responsibilities include developing your assigned territory, implementing sales plans to grow business and maintain the current customer base, and helping to build the national Sunbelt branding identity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow the assigned sales territory
• Implement sales plans to expand business and retain existing customers
• Promote Sunbelt’s national branding and equipment offerings
• Engage in solution-selling and project management
• Focus on new business development and customer retention

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field of study or equivalent experience in equipment rental or concrete surface prep and polishing industry
• 2+ years of direct sales experience
• Technical background with the ability to learn engineering concepts
• Project management, new business development, and customer retention skills
• Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more
• Willingness to work indoors/outdoors as required by the job

Pay

Base pay range: $40,000.00 - $62,965.00. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate may vary based on factors such as location, education, training, and experience.

Benefits eligibility begins on the first of the month following 30 days from your start date.
