Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Hibu is seeking an Outside Sales Representative with unlimited earning potential in a growing industry. You’ll receive best-in-class training and support while working in a hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field).

Responsibilities

• Sell Digital Marketing solutions through a partnership model: Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries

Compensation

• Year 1 on-target earnings: $85,000–$95,000 with uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
• Year 2 on-target earnings: $106,000–$125,000
• Base salary, expense allowance, and mileage reimbursement
