Outside Sales Representative

About the role

Hibu is offering an Outside Sales position with a base salary, expense allowance, mileage reimbursement, and uncapped earnings through commission and bonuses. The role features a hybrid sales environment (home office and in-field work) with recognition and incentives including an annual President’s Club Trip. Year 1 on-target earnings are between $90,000–$100,000 with potential to earn more; Year 2 on-target earnings are between $106,000–$122,000.

Responsibilities

• Sell digital marketing solutions through a partnership selling model: Websites, Search Ads, Display Ads, Reviews & Reputation Management, Social Ads, and SEO
• Cold call business owners and prospect within a designated territory to set appointments and conduct strong needs assessments
• Grow your own book of business by helping small businesses succeed and earn residual commissions for retaining clients through strong account management
• Perform virtual and in-person presentations to prospects
• Build strong client relationships across a wide variety of industries
