Outside Sales Representative (Door-to-Door)

About the role

You’ll represent GoNetspeed directly in local neighborhoods, helping people upgrade to fast, reliable fiber internet. Field-based with limited office reporting.

Responsibilities

• Meeting customers face to face through door-to-door outreach
• Selling Fiber Internet, Home Phone, and Streaming TV
• Knocking on 50+ doors daily in assigned towns/cities
• Understanding customer needs and recommending the right plan
• Staying current on product offerings and competitor options
• Achieving monthly sales goals and earning big on commission
• Participating in occasional community events to promote GoNetspeed

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
• Comfort working outside in all weather conditions
• Reliable attendance and ability to maintain a full-time schedule
• Availability 10 AM-7 PM, 40 hours/week
• A valid driver’s license, dependable vehicle, and willingness to travel locally

Skills that help

• Telecom, broadband, or tech-related sales experience (not required)
• Organized approach to managing a sales territory

• Professional, ethical customer interactions
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions independently

Physical requirements

• Frequent standing/walking/stair climbing (75-100%)
• Occasional kneeling, lifting, pushing/pulling (25-49%)
• Ability to read screens/reports and communicate via phone/email (75-100%)

Pay

• Base Salary: $35,000 + Unlimited Commission Potential
• Uncapped Commission: earn as much as you can sell
• $5,000 Signing & Performance Bonus (when hitting goals in your first 120 days)
• Typical Earnings: $70,000-$125,000+ annually
