Outside Sales Representative (CDL)

In this role, you’ll be the first in-person connection for prospective students, meeting them one-on-one to provide guidance and information about our CDL programs.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospective students and their families at scheduled appointments, primarily in their homes, and occasionally at nearby community locations.
• Share information about NETTTS programs, tuition, and training pathways.
• Guide candidates through the next steps in the admissions process, connecting them with the Financial Aid team as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student interactions and provide timely updates to the Inside Admissions team.
• Represent NETTTS professionally and enthusiastically, helping candidates feel informed and supported.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or a customer-facing role (experience in trucking, trades, or education is a plus).
• High School Diploma/GED required; higher education preferred.
• Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel locally for scheduled appointments.

Skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow a schedule with attention to detail.

Pay

Starting at $58,000/year - Negotiable based on experience
