Year 1 Earnings Potential
- On-target earnings between $85,000 - $95,000
- Able to earn more through uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses
Base Salary
$53,000
Fixed Compensation
- Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,000/year
- Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
- Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
- Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year
Total first-year fixed compensation (base + fixed allowances) is approximately $60K+, with additional variable reimbursement and uncapped commission upside.
