Fixed Compensation
- Base Salary: $63,000
- Auto allowance (wear & tear): ~$3,250/year
- Cell phone & internet reimbursement: up to $1,200/year
- Parking & tolls: up to $300/year
- Gas reimbursement (activity-based): ~$2,500/year
