The Opportunity
This is a commission-based outside sales role with uncapped earning potential. You are in control of your income. Based on our product pricing and commission structure, a motivated and experienced sales professional can realistically expect to earn between $40,000 and $60,000 in their first year. A newer salesperson building their skills and client base has the potential to generate $20,000–$25,000 in monthly sales as they hit their stride. Our store team handles production, logistics, and operations — so you can stay focused on what you do best: building relationships and closing business.
What You'll Do
- Possess strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Be self-motivated and comfortable working independently — you thrive without someone looking over your shoulder.
- Have previous outside sales, business development, or customer service experience preferred.
- Have basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn estimating, CRM, and design-related tools.
- Be organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- No sign industry experience required — we will train the right person.
