Outside Sales Representative - Roofing Seeking a self-motivated, commission-based sales professional to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing roofing contracts with homeowners and property owners in Northeast Florida. Responsibilities include prospecting, scheduling appointments, managing pipelines, building referral networks, and representing the company's brand. Once a sale is closed, the operations team handles permits, scheduling, and project communication, allowing the representative to focus solely on sales. Qualified candidates should have a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently. Prior experience in outside sales, roofing, construction, or related industries is preferred, along with existing local relationships. The role offers a performance-based income structure, with commissions ranging from 5%-10% of contract value. Earnings can exceed $100,000 annually, with long-term growth potential through referrals and team development.
