Outside Sales Representative

About the role
As a full-time, W-2 Outside Sales Representative, you'll meet with 8-12 pre-qualified homeowners each week, deliver in-home presentations, recommend solutions, and close high-ticket sales on roofing, siding, windows, gutters, and doors.
- Meet with 2 to 3 qualified customers daily
- Inspect homes and recommend solutions
- Present financing options and close sales
- Build lasting customer relationships
- Participate in ongoing sales training
Pay
Average first-year earnings: $150K-$200K with uncapped commissions and bonuses. Top performers earn $300K+.

Schedule
Hybrid work schedule in Columbia, SC. Weekend availability required (6 days/week). Drive times of 30-90 minutes from home.
Requirements
- Sales experience preferred, not required
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive mindset
- Industry experience is a plus
