Primary Responsibilities
- Develop and grow business with existing and prospective retail partners throughout the assigned territory.
- Identify qualified new accounts that align with DITA's brand positioning and long-term growth strategy.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with independent optical retailers and key decision-makers.
- Present DITA collections and product launches to existing and prospective customers.
- Conduct account visits, product training, merchandising support, trunk shows, and other customer-facing activities as appropriate.
- Represent DITA at industry trade shows, regional events, and customer meetings.
- Develop territory plans designed to achieve mutually established sales objectives.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategies to maximize territory results.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams by sharing customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends.
- Serve as a knowledgeable ambassador for the DITA brands by communicating the company's heritage, craftsmanship, and commitment to quality.
- Maintain professional communication and provide timely follow-up with customers and internal business partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum two years of experience selling premium eyewear, luxury accessories, fashion products, or comparable brands.
- Established relationships within the independent optical industry in all or a significant portion of the assigned territory.
- Demonstrated success in business development, account management, and territory growth.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and territory management abilities.
- Able to travel extensively throughout the assigned territory.
- Experience delivering product education and brand presentations.
- Self-motivated with strong business acumen and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for luxury products, craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experiences.

Remote territory-based position
Extensive regional travel required
