Field Sales Representative Oklahoma City Region | Field-Based | Uncapped Commission + Mileage & Phone Reimbursement Are you a driven, relationship-focused sales professional who enjoys being out in the field and connecting with local business owners? We're looking for a Field Sales Representative to help launch and grow an exciting new partnership program across rural communities in the Oklahoma City region. In this role, you'll build relationships with small businesses, introduce a compelling growth opportunity, and guide qualified partners through the onboarding process. You'll manage your own territory, develop a strong sales pipeline, and play a key role in expanding the program's presence throughout the region. What You'll Do Travel throughout an assigned territory 4 to 5 days per week, visiting businesses within approximately a two-hour driving radius of Oklahoma City.Prospect and engage local business owners through in-person, door-to-door outreach.Present the partnership program and communicate its value to prospective partners.Build and maintain relationships with business owners and community leaders.Qualify prospects and guide them through the application and approval process.Manage an active sales pipeline and maintain accurate customer records in Salesforce.Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.Coordinate and participate in community events, including lunch-and-learns, town halls, and other local outreach activities.Partner with organizations such as Chambers of Commerce and economic development groups to expand market presence.Track performance metrics, analyze lead conversion data, and identify opportunities to improve results.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance the partner experience.Deliver exceptional customer service while serving as a trusted resource for prospective and existing partners. Qualifications Previous experience in outside sales, territory sales, account development, business development, or a related customer-facing role preferred.Proven ability to build relationships and confidently engage decision-makers.Experience using Salesforce, CRM platforms, or other sales automation tools.Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Comfortable working independently and managing a territory-based schedule.Experience participating in community networking or business development events is a plus.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general business technology. You'll spend the majority of your week meeting with business owners, attending local events, and driving territory growth. When not in the field, you'll work remotely managing your pipeline, updating Salesforce, and preparing for upcoming meetings and events. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, energetic, comfortable working independently, and excited about creating new business opportunities in local communities. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Oklahoma City, OK. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
