Outside Sales Representative - $800 - $1,000/Week

Overview

Mister Sparky is growing, and we are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners find the right solutions for their electrical needs. In this role, you will meet directly with customers, assess their requirements, and provide tailored recommendations that drive value and trust.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door to door canvassing
• Conduct consultations to assess customer electrical needs
• Present service options, pricing, and financing solutions clearly and confidently
• Build trust with homeowners and close service, repair, or replacement projects
• Cook with operations and service teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and follow up on open opportunities

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales
• Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to build rapport quickly
• Self-driven, goal-oriented, and competitive attitude
• Ability to explain technical services in a clear, simple way
• Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the electrical industry
• Background in in-home sales or commission-based roles

Compensation & Benefits

• Uncapped commission structure $40,000 - $50,000 earnings year 1
