About the role
Outside Sales Representative opportunity in Richmond, VA with uncapped earnings potential. Top performers earn $250K–$400K+ annually. We provide 1–2 pre-qualified homeowner appointments daily (no cold calling or door knocking required) and a 90% demonstration rate.
Earnings & Commission
- $250K–$400K+ annual earnings for top performers
- Uncapped commission
- 50% of commission paid upfront
- Double commission on qualifying self-generated sales
- Weekly direct deposit
- $2,250 training completion pay upon successful completion of training
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners who have requested an appointment
- Understand customer needs, present solutions, demonstrate value, overcome objections, and close sales
- Represent home-improvement solutions including windows, roofing, siding, gutters, gutter protection, and bath/shower products (including Kohler)

- Flexible schedule
- Pre-qualified appointments provided daily
Requirements
- Proven track record in high-ticket, commission-based sales (e.g., home improvement, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, automotive sales, F&I, real estate, insurance, or high-ticket retail)
- Competitive, coachable, and able to build trust and communicate value
- Reliable transportation and an iPad required
- 1099 independent contractor opportunity
