What You'll Do As an Outside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with prospective customers to understand their needs and help them explore life insurance options. Your responsibilities will include: Meeting with prospective customers through qualified leads, neighborhood canvassing, and referrals.Conducting face-to-face consultations, including in-home appointments.Understanding customers’ needs and recommending appropriate life insurance solutions.Following established sales processes to guide customers through the purchasing process.Building relationships that support referrals, customer retention, and future business.Managing your schedule, prospecting activities, and sales pipeline independently.Working with experienced sales leaders to strengthen your skills and improve performance.
