Outside Sales Representative - 2026

Compensation

• Base Salary: Salary + Commission
• Vehicle Allowance: $500/month for using your own approved vehicle.
• Potential earnings: Selling just one average roof per week typically results in $70K–$80K annually; top performers regularly earn $100K–$150K+

What You’ll Do

• Inspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
• Measure roofs and prepare estimates using company systems
• Met with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
• Project manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
• Aid with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as needed
• Perform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leads
• Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRM

Requirements

• Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Sales or construction experience preferred but not required
