What You’ll Do
- Inspect residential roofs and identify repair or replacement needs
- Measure roofs and prepare estimates using company systems
- Met with homeowners to explain scope of work, pricing, and project expectations
- Project manage jobs you sell, serving as the primary point of contact for customers through completion
- Aid with operational needs during off seasons, including (but not limited to) project management support, material coordination, and jobsite assistance as needed
- Perform door-to-door canvassing during off periods to generate leads
- Maintain accurate notes, updates, and documentation in the CRM
Requirements
- Comfortable climbing roofs and working outdoors
- Strong communication skills and professional appearance
- Ability to manage time, appointments, and follow-ups independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sales or construction experience preferred but not required
Compensation
- Base Salary: Salary + Commission
- Vehicle Allowance: $500/month for using your own approved vehicle
- Potential earnings: Selling just one average roof per week typically results in $70K–$80K annually; top performers regularly earn $100K–$150K+
