Outside Sales Regional Account Manager - Industrial Component Service & Repair

About the role

We are seeking a Regional Account Manager to cover a sales territory in Northern Indiana and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Work with leadership to create a sales plan to develop a prospect list and capture new business
• Full-cycle sales activities including qualification of leads, cold calls, sales presentations, writing quotations, and closure of sales
• Utilize tools, resources, and CRM to plan and manage time and territory
• Collaborate with customer service and technical support teams to meet and exceed sales goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or Engineering OR a 2-year technical degree is preferred
• 1+ year of industrial sales experience, with preference given to experience selling repair services within electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components
• Ability to establish and maintain business relationships
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
• Computer proficiency
• Valid driver’s license
• Overnight travel may be required

Work Environment

• Ability to drive for customer visits
• Standing and walking throughout the day in industrial settings
• May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs
