Cantey Foundation Specialists is expanding into Raleigh and seeking driven Sales Professionals to build something exciting from the ground up. We look for individuals motivated by unlimited earning potential, passionate about serving customers, and eager to build a successful career with the industry leader in residential foundation repair. The ideal candidate is a true closer who wants to earn serious money while creating a WOW experience for every customer.

Responsibilities

• Consistently close sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Leverage warm leads provided weekly and, for top performers, self-generate leads to reach elite income levels
• Follow through on activity and commitments to create permanent, high-quality solutions for homeowners’ foundation issues

Training & Support

• 8 weeks of world-class sales training followed by 120 days of paid onboarding
• Support from top-tier Marketing and Customer Care departments to help create wins every week
• No draw gimmicks or bait-and-switch; a proven system with real opportunity and elite income for top performers

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license
• Previous outside sales experience is a plus, but training is provided

Compensation

Annual compensation: $150,000 – $300,000/year (100% commission, uncapped earnings after the 120-day paid ramp-up period)
