Key Responsibilities
- Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of residential fiber D2D sales representatives
- Lead daily field operations, including territory planning, ride-alongs, and in-field coaching
- Set clear activity and sales expectations tied to installs, conversions, and revenue
- Track and manage KPIs such as doors knocked, leads generated, orders submitted, installs completed, and churn
- Coach reps on fiber-specific selling: speed, reliability, pricing, switching objections, and competitive displacement
- Conduct daily huddles, weekly training, and ongoing product and sales skills development
- Ensure compliance with brand standards, permitting requirements, and local solicitation regulations
- Build and maintain a competitive, accountable, and results-driven team culture
Qualifications
- 3+ years of door-to-door sales experience, with 1–2 years leading residential teams
- Demonstrated success selling fiber, broadband, telecom, or subscription-based services
- Strong ability to recruit, train, and retain high-performing D2D reps
- Comfortable managing to metrics in fast-paced, install-based sales environments
- Hands-on leader with strong coaching, communication, and accountability skills
- Able to work evenings and weekends
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for field management
