Outside Sales Consultant – Roofing & Exterior Restoration

Location: 117 Springfield, MO – reporting to 904 N Main St, Unit 5, Nixa, MO 65714. Hiring throughout southwest Missouri, including Springfield, Bolivar, Lebanon, and Joplin areas. Local travel is required.

About the role

Aspen Contracting is seeking motivated, goal-oriented individuals to join our Outside Sales team. As an Outside Sales Consultant, you'll work directly with homeowners to identify exterior restoration needs, conduct property inspections, present solutions, and guide customers through the restoration process. No roofing experience is required; paid training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new customer opportunities.
• Meet with homeowners and conduct residential property inspections.
• Identify roofing, siding, and gutter restoration opportunities.
• Educate homeowners on available restoration solutions.
• Prepare project estimates and scopes of work.
• Present solutions and close sales.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams.
• Maintain accurate customer and project information.
• Represent Aspen Contracting professionally in the community.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Ability to lift equipment as needed.
• Ability to work a Full-Time schedule, including daytime, evenings, and weekends based on customer appointments.

Pay

Full-Time W-2 position with uncapped earning potential.

• $50,000–$200,000+ annually.
