Position Responsibilities

• Possessing strong math skills.
• Maintaining a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
• Providing leads and networking to prospect for new accounts.
• Meeting and exceeding pre-determined sales goals.
• Maintaining existing customer base with excellent customer service.
• Understanding and advising customers on the products and services that SPEC Building Materials offers.
• Maintaining good relationships with valued vendors.

Position Requirements

• Demonstrating and practicing excellent customer service skills.
• Having strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Having strong computer skills.
• Managing one's time effectively with little supervision.
• Having strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Maintaining a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.
