Position Responsibilities
- Possessing the ability to prospect for new accounts through cold calling, providing leads, and networking.
- Maintaining existing customer relationships with excellent customer service.
- Understanding and advising customers on the products and services offered by SPEC Building Materials.
- Maintaining good relationships with valued vendors.
Position Requirements
- Maintain a successful track record selling building materials to contractors.
- Demonstrate and practice excellent customer service skills.
- Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Show strong math and computer skills.
- Manage time effectively with little supervision.
- Show strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Maintain a current and valid state-issued driver’s license.

Compensation Package
- $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year.

Experience
- Building Materials: 2 years (Preferred).
- Construction Sales: 2 years (Preferred).
