A Day in the Life
Outside Sales Representative
- New Business Development: Identify and prospect clients within your assigned territory and develop & manage leads, through 8 – 10 daily sales appointments. Ensure timely follow-up through the Lansing Sales Cycle.
- Customer Meetings: Meet face to face and educate contractors, remodelers, & builders on our products/services, demonstrating the value and benefits for their organization.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and proactively offering solutions.
- Sales Reporting: Utilize Salesforce to track and report on sales activities.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in territory management, B2B outside sales, with a focus on new business development
- Experience with CRM software to manage and track sales activity
- Familiarity with Building Materials, Construction, or Wholesale Territory Sales
- College degree preferred but not required
Compensation
- Base salary (Include Range)
- Uncapped commission
