Salary Range

Position eligible for Account Manager Commission Program with varying base salary and total compensation based on assigned accounts and GP$.

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote DSG products and services to contractors and industrial accounts
  • Manage and maintain strong customer relationships and accounts
  • Identify, prioritize, and implement initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and territory growth
  • Develop new customer opportunities and accounts
  • Introduce, promote, and demonstrate new products and marketing programs
  • Process customer orders, correct orders, respond to inquiries, and suggest improvements for the order process

Requirements

  • A high School diploma or equivalent; postsecondary degree preferred
  • A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Two or more years of college or technical school experience in plumbing and/or HVAC products, or three to five years of field experience
  • Strong sales skills and a proven track record of successful territory development
  • Three to five years of sales experience
  • Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to multitask
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to follow-through/follow-up
  • A general understanding of plumbing/HVAC software and programs
  • Familiarity with DSG Web Commerce and ability to instruct customers on its uses
  • Excellent time management skills

Qualifications
