Outside Sales Account Manager

This position is responsible for providing remote technical support to customers via phone and email. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and a strong understanding of technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and effective technical support to customers through phone and email

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or technical support
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
