Responsibilities
- Manage portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals with all products.
- Assist dealers in maximizing financial opportunity through a customized action plan.
- Drive service advisor effectiveness and training, and overall retail strategies through coaching and training.
- Collaborate with Service Manager, Parts Manager, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screen, inventory levels, and competitive pricing.
- Manage monthly contact schedule with dealers.
- Track and maintain account information in Salesforce.
- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and share best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
- Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills.
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills.
- Full understanding of sales process including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals.
- Located within assigned territory.
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top.
