What Success Looks Like
- Greets each guest and educates them on course conditions, course rules and policies, and pace of play
- Maintains communications from the first tee with golf shop, cart staff and ranger
- Maintains first tee, tee off times, turn times and finish times; reporting irregularities and misuse of equipment and property
- Safeguards equipment and ensures safety practices are enforced
What You Bring
- Excellent verbal communication and people relations skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to remain calm and work effectively in stressful situations
- A general understanding of pace of play, golf terminology and rules
- Able to remain in stationary position for minimum of two hours
