About the role
Responsible for providing exceptional guest services, including check-in/check-out procedures, room service requests, and addressing guest inquiries.
Responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional manner.
- Manage room service orders and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and common areas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
