About the role
The DH Pace Company is a leading distributor, installer, maintainer, and repairer of commercial, industrial, and residential door, docking, and security products. Seeking skilled Outside Commercial Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team in Tempe, Arizona.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and developing strategic security solutions.
- Hunt new business by identifying and qualifying leads, generating fresh opportunities, and converting competitor accounts.
- Master the sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and closing, showcasing expertise in access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, parking control, alarm monitoring, and service programs.
- Design solutions that impress by translating client needs into effective estimates and proposals, ensuring smooth project execution and exceeding expectations.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal teams, vendors, subcontractors, and clients, fostering strong relationships through clear and concise communication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (any field) is highly preferred, but not required.
- All applicants must possess a valid driver's license.
- Embrace challenges, act with a hunter's mentality, talk the talk and walk the walk, understand the security game, and be a team player and leader.
Qualifications
- Self-directed and experienced in cultivating both new customer opportunities and strengthening existing commercial relationships.
- Knowledge of security systems and industry trends is a plus, but a passion for learning will take you far.
