Responsibilities
- Engage with men in shelters to provide support and resources
- Coordinate with community partners to enhance service delivery
- Develop and maintain relationships with shelter staff and volunteers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field
- Experience working with individuals in shelters or similar settings
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
