About the role

Responsibilities

• Help develop and implement new healthcare and well-being service products tailored specifically for seniors and their families.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing services and drive innovation in the field.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand and address the unique needs of seniors and their caregivers.
• Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing strategies to promote our products and services.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure our offerings remain cutting-edge and relevant.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or related fields, preferably with a focus on seniors' care.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with healthcare software platforms.
