Outreach Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team at WelbeHealth. This role will be responsible for inspiring and enabling our teams to push the limits of healthcare and well-being experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ideate and develop innovative healthcare and well-being solutions for seniors.
• Work closely with product managers to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable product features.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new services and features that enhance the user experience for seniors and their families.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in healthcare and well-being to inform product development and strategy.
• Support the launch and ongoing maintenance of new products and services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Product Management, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management or a related field.
• Experience working with healthcare and well-being products is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to gather and synthesize complex data.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
