Outreach Specialist
What You Will Do Every Day
- Naturally engage golfers and attendees in friendly conversation
- Share the mission and answer questions
- Build genuine connections
- Facilitate outreach activities
- Speak with potential supporters
- Ensure the event runs smoothly from setup to breakdown
When You Will Work
Thursday–Sunday during daytime business hours, with occasional early morning or evening events, and daily travel directly from home to assigned local event locations.
What You Need to Be Our Outreach Specialist
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally
- Professional, dependable, and engaging demeanor
- Tech-savvy with smartphone use for updates/reporting
- Comfortable working Thursday–Sunday shifts
- Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors during events
- Experience in golf, community outreach, promotional events, fundraising, customer service, hospitality, or sales (preferred)

We serve veterans, first responders, and local communities by fostering mentorship, fellowship, and practical support to help individuals rediscover purpose and hope. Our hands-on approach includes over 120 Guardian Day events each weekend across a national network of golf course partners, making our mission impactful. Pay and Benefits
