Outreach Specialist

Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage community members and partners.
• Organize and participate in community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
• Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, and other organizations.
• Identify opportunities to expand the reach of Embrace Center’s programs and services.
• Collect feedback from the community to improve program effectiveness and accessibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create outreach materials, including flyers, newsletters, and social media content.
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in community outreach, public relations, or nonprofit work is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Passion for community engagement and helping others.
• Familiarity with the local community and its resources is a plus.
