About the role
The role of Outreach Manager involves developing and executing strategies to increase community engagement and support for our organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage communities in various initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and analyze data for targeted outreach efforts.
- Organize and facilitate community events to promote our mission and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations and leaders to foster partnerships.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of outreach activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in community outreach or similar field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

- Experience working with diverse populations.
- Knowledge of community development and social service programs.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
