Outreach Manager

About the role

The Outreach Manager leads and enhances community outreach efforts, focusing on building partnerships, promoting initiatives, and supporting program growth. They coordinate events, manage communications, and oversee administrative processes to ensure operational efficiency and engagement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high-quality volunteer experience from start to finish
• Manage program operations and maintain effectiveness
• Build and sustain external community partnerships
• Represent outreach initiatives and promote engagement
• Support outreach and admissions growth strategies
• Coordinate events and provide administrative support
• Maintain effective communication and collaboration across teams
• Ensure operational and administrative efficiency

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years in outreach, community engagement, nonprofit, admissions, or fundraising roles
• High School Diploma required; Degree in Communications, Business, Marketing, or related preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of fundraising practices and strategies
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and fundraising software
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Ability to represent the organization professionally and align with its values
• Evidence of a strong Christian commitment
