Outreach Manager

Role: Outreach Manager (Business Development) focused on expanding behavioral healthcare access and strengthening community partnerships. Key Responsibilities Develop and sustain relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, schools, and community organizations.Implement outreach strategies to increase awareness, referral volume, and community engagement.Travel within the territory to cultivate new partnerships and support existing ones.Collaborate with leadership to support growth initiatives and market expansion.Participate in networking, industry events, and community activities.Monitor market trends, referral opportunities, and competitive activity to identify growth areas.Support outreach for new clinics, service expansion, and community initiatives.Maintain accurate records of activities and partnerships using CRM tools like Salesforce.Achieve individual outreach and relationship development goals.Serve as a resource for referral partners through timely communication and support. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related fields.Experience in sales, community outreach, healthcare, or relationship management preferred.Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel within the territory.Healthcare or behavioral health experience is a plus.
