Outreach Account Manager-Lab Services

Position Summary

SHIFT HOURS: 8:00AM-4:30PM (Flexible based on client needs)

Essential Duties

• Develop new outreach accounts and business opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Perform routine client visits.
• Educate providers regarding laboratory testing and services.
• Collaborate with laboratory operations to improve turnaround times.
• Participate in sales presentations and marketing initiatives.
• Attend networking and community events representing the laboratory.
• Aid in contract implementation and service expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, or Laboratory Science).
• Associate degree with equivalent healthcare experience considered.
• Minimum 2 years of healthcare sales, laboratory outreach, physician relations, or account management experience.
• Laboratory experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Preferred Experience

• Clinical laboratory operations.
• Laboratory outreach programs.
• Physician office relationships.
• Healthcare marketing.
• EMR/LIS experience (Cerner preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Frequent travel to client locations.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Prolonged sitting, walking, and driving.
