Outpatient Therapy Coordinator (Scheduler) - Full-Time

Scope of authority

The OP Therapy Coordinator will report directly to the Clinic Manager when working off-site, and to the OP Business Office Leader when working at the Main Campus. No direct supervisory responsibility.

Minimum qualifications or equivalents

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience: Experience in hospital environment, preferred. 2 years experience in data entry.
• Skills/Competencies: Willingness to continue education and professional training. Ability to work effectively with others. Ability to complete tasks in individual and team capacity. Willingness to accept and give constructive criticism. Minimal computer skills preferred.
