Outpatient Therapist Licensed

Job Summary

CFG Health Network is seeking a licensed therapist to join a growing outpatient behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with an emphasis on child and adolescent behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with an emphasis on child and adolescent behavioral health.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in the electronic health record.
• Provide family-focused care, collaborating with parents/guardians and other support systems when working with youth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches appropriate for different developmental stages.
• Participate in staff meetings, case consultations, and quality assurance activities.
• Provide on-call coverage for assigned cases and respond to outreach calls from CFG’s Access Center within 20 minutes when on-call.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical and professional standards in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain a safe, therapeutic environment for all patients.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related behavioral health discipline.
• NJ License Required: LSW, LAC, LMFT, LCSW, or LPC.
• Experience working with children and adolescents strongly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education.
• ADOS (Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule) certification preferred but not required.
