About The Role

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to provide Mental Health and Substance Use Disorder services to individuals and families while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support client goals. This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to confidentiality in a behavioral health setting. Ideal candidates demonstrate empathy, strong communication and listening skills, and the ability to maintain appropriate boundaries while delivering client care.

What You'll Do

  • Provide high-quality therapeutic services to clients and families in collaboration with other members of the treatment team.
  • Adhere to state and funding source regulations and guidelines.
  • Develops individualized treatment plans with identified treatment modality.
  • Affirms that ongoing communication and collaboration occurs among all treatment team members and other necessary staff, as well as family members and other providers as appropriate.
  • Participates in required in-house and appropriate out-of-house trainings.
  • Identifies ongoing areas of professional development and learning opportunities.
  • Actively participates in and receives supervision from assigned supervisor.
  • Maintain 24 billable hours per 40-hour workweek.

What We're Looking For

  • Current licensing in this Pennsylvania Commonwealth as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT.
  • Experience working with individuals with substance use and mental disorders.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings to meet client needs.
  • Must obtain the following clearances prior to hire: PA State Police Criminal History, PA Child Abuse History, FBI Criminal History, and Mandated Reporting Certificate.
