About the role

Responsibilities

  • Provides individual, family and collateral therapy for assigned individuals, including intakes as needed.
  • Participates in the implementation of at least one specialized evidenced based practice (DBT, TF-CBT, and/or PCIT).
  • Creates initial resiliency plan within 3 sessions and ensures proper documentation is complete.
  • Reviews all Psychiatric evaluations and recommendations are being followed.
  • Affords assistance in hospitalization if required.

Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
  • Previous experience conducting individual and/or family therapy, preferably with children and adolescents, required.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, organizational, and computer skills.
  • Adaptable to changing workload, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and available to work a flexible work schedule.
  • Ability to travel to and from work site, and be at least 21 years of age.
  • Proficient computer skills and a working knowledge of software programs (i.e. MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).

$53,702 - $61,220 annually
