About the role
The successful candidate will provide ongoing and developmentally appropriate, evidence-based, trauma- and recovery-focused outpatient therapy to clients of Network180’s Outpatient Clinic(s).
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to adult clients.
- Assess client needs and develop treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in supervision and consultation as needed.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Counseling Psychology.
- Licensure in the State of Michigan as a limited licensed master social worker, marriage and family therapist, OR be eligible for a limited license as stated above and obtain that licensure within one (1) month of hire.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for job related use.
- Thorough working knowledge of the practices and principles of psychological, emotional, and sociological assessment and diagnosis.
- Thorough working knowledge of professional ethics and standards of practice.
- Computer skills including word processing, spreadsheets, email, database management, and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated experience communicating clearly and concisely in stressful situations.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment and skills and capabilities of bridging language/cultural barriers to Network180 services within diverse communities.

Pay
$27.49 - $36.44 hourly. The final job offer is based on several factors (internal equity, skills, education, experience, and credentials).
Schedule
This position is 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are no weekends, on call, or holiday requirements for this position.
