Outpatient Rehabilitation Program Medical Director
About the role
We are seeking a mid-career physiatrist with leadership experience to serve as Program Director for the department's outpatient rehabilitation programs. Join a dynamic and growing faculty supporting the expansion of clinical and academic presence in the Cleveland area. The Cleveland Clinic Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department has shown unprecedented strategic growth, with top‑ranked inpatient rehabilitation hospitals (joint venture with Select Medical) and expanding outpatient clinics on the main campus and regional locations. The role involves further developing subspecialized outpatient programs within an environment of outstanding clinical and academic support, collaborative multidisciplinary faculty, and extensive educational opportunities, including leadership roles and CME program development.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outpatient clinics meet objectives and key results, in collaboration with administrative leadership.
- Support the academic mission of the department and promote innovation, working with Education and Clinical Research leadership.
- Develop collaborations with key partners within and outside the Neurological Institute.
- Maintain outpatient clinical activity in addition to administrative duties.
- Practice collaboratively with nationally prominent physicians in rehabilitation, neurology, psychiatry, and neurosurgery.

Pay
Salary range: $246,250 – $342,500 (minimum – maximum).
