Inpatient Rehabilitation Program Director

About the role

Direct the development and implementation of clinical program strategies, policies, standards, and departmental goals aligned with organizational objectives. Manage all staffing activities, including hiring, training, professional development, and performance evaluations. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to solve problems, contain costs, roll out new services, and drive performance measures. Oversee the department budget, monitoring expenditures and approving purchases to ensure strict financial compliance.

Minimum Requirements

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
• OR Associate’s degree/Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required, with 2 of those years being in leadership/management
