Outpatient Rehab Manager

Job Summary

Performs managerial work providing guidance in strategic operations. Work involves utilizing policy and procedures, establishing priorities, standards, coordinating and evaluating activities; organizing, supervising, developing business office procedures and processes. Works under general direction with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.

• Information Systems Coordinator
• Office Coordinator/Rehab

Required Education

• Minimum: Completed College Courses related to Healthcare or Management.
• PREFERRED: A.A. with coursework in Business or Finance.

Required Experience

• Minimum: 2 years in a medical practice setting, with experience in budget development/adherence and quality improvement processes.
• PREFERRED: 4 years in a medical practice setting, with above experience plus human resources management, (hiring/firing) and medical records related to medical billing.
