About the Role

The Manager of Outpatient Rehabilitation Services provides strategic leadership, clinical oversight, and operational management for outpatient rehab programs, including Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Therapeutic Recreation.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical evaluation, treatment, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
• Oversee daily operations, monitor program effectiveness, and implement process improvements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and maintain accreditation readiness
• Manage talent recruitment, onboarding, performance evaluations, and professional development
• Handle fiscal management, budgeting, and adherence to financial and regulatory requirements
• Support relationships with educational institutions and oversee caregiver engagement

Requirements

• BS, MS, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Minimum five years of outpatient rehab clinical experience
• Licensure or eligibility in the relevant state
• Knowledge of rehab operations, patient care standards, and regulations
